射精无力？

我记得我20的时候，在电脑前边看片子边sy，一下射的键盘，桌子，显示器上都是。
看现在，30了，那就不叫射了，叫流啊。
注：经常活动，但，也经常sy。
不知和sy有没有关系，有什么好的法子恢复啊？
老狼们给点建议！！！

一天提肛30次，俯卧撑40次，
一周跑两次步，打两次篮球，
坚持！
看一个月后有效果没。等我汇报啊
