这样的文章能否发？请版主进

我看文区很多文章网友在发的时候没有排版编辑，版面很乱，看着也不舒服，我们要是有排过版（即使达不到书库的标准）能不能发？可是版规规定发重复帖扣５分后删除，这样的规定是否可以通融一下？
